PRINCIPLE OF THE POWER UP FUEL COMBUSTOR

	1.	The Power Up Fuel Saver provides a form of compressed (dense) air to the engine thru the vacuum system, supplying a more accurate level of oxygen needed by the engine to enhance the combustion.
	2.	Once the dense air meets the hot air in the Intake Manifold it expands, which makes for better combustion without forcing the engine to increase its RPM. With this improved level on ongoing combustion your vehicle will run from 1st to 4th gear by just releasing your clutch pedal slowly without accelerating
	3.	Feel the smoothness of your engine while driving.

TURBO INTERCOOLER ENGINE VS. POWER UP FUEL COMBUSTOR

TURBO INTERCOOLER.

a.	This sucks the exhaust air using the turbo, then boosts it into the Intake Manifold to provide more air for additional power.
b.	An Intercooler cools down the hot exhaust air before boosting it in to the Intake Manifold again

POWER UP FUEL COMBUSTOR

a.	Power Up provides compressed dense air into the Intake Manifold.
b.	When the dense air meets hot air in the Intake Manifold, it expands to improve the air and fuel mixture earlier.

EFFECTS AFTER INSTALLATION

	1.	The engine idle will increase from 0.50 to 100 RPM.
	2.	Your acceleration pedal becomes softer. If not, check again from the installation instructions.
	3.	Your engine should become more responsive and smoother.
	4.	You will feel less squatting on your vehicle when you release your accelerator pedal at anytime when you shift gears (for manual transmission). Feel less jerking during gear changes on automatic transmissions.

		Shifting gear on automatic engines will occur earlier or within shorter periods of time. And that’s one way how to save fuel.
	5.	Required speed can be obtained at lower RPM than before. Example: A 4 cylinder vehicle at 100 kilometer per hour will sit at 3,500 rpm before installing Power Up Fuel Saver. While with Power Up Fuel Saver at 100 kilometer per hour the engine will reach up to only 2,500 RPM or less.

POWER UP INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR NONE TURBO DIESEL ENGINE AND GASOLINE ENGINE

	1.	Locate the vacuum from the valve cover, PCV engine breather to the intake.
	2.	Connect the hose to the Intake Manifold from the Power Up Fuel Saver valve.
	3.	Extend the hose to the PCV breather, then drop this to ground ward to avoid oil and moist air to penetrate the Intake Manifold.
	4.	Check all connections. Make sure no air leaks are evident from the connections.
	5.	Open the Power Up Fuel Saver valve on the side. Fill to the top of the device, the ‘catalyst solution’ (CATS) without starting the engine. Check the red float on the side marker to confirm it is full.
	6.	Now close the Power Up Fuel Saver valve on the side.
	7.	Start the engine and hold on the accelerator pedal at 2,000 RPM. Now open the valve slowly and check the red float until it starts to giggle. Once CATS or the red marker start to giggle, lock off the value.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS ON A TURBO DIESEL ENGINE

	1.	Connect Power Up hose before turbo.
	2.	Proceed with all 8 steps for normal installation.
